Join Us at Two RSC Meetings This January

We’re looking forward to starting the year by attending two exciting events hosted by the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) in January 2026, both taking place at Burlington House in London. These gatherings bring together scientists, engineers and analysts to explore the latest developments in materials science and analytical challenges.
RSC Chemical Nanoscience & Nanotechnology (CNN) Interest Group Annual Symposium
From 12-13 January, we’ll be at the RSC CNN Symposium, the flagship annual meeting for the Chemical Nanoscience and Nanotechnology community. This symposium features plenary and invited talks, contributed presentations and poster sessions covering recent advancements in nanoscience fundamentals and applications. Topics span a range of cutting-edge areas, from catalysis and energy materials to sensors and biomaterials, highlighting how nanotechnology continues to drive innovation across disciplines.
This event is a great opportunity to connect with researchers working on novel materials and explore how analytical and measurement technologies are enabling breakthroughs in nanomaterials research.
JPAG Symposium: Analysis for Amorphous Materials
On 22 January, we’ll also be attending the JPAG Symposium: Analysis for Amorphous Materials, hosted jointly by the Joint Pharmaceutical Analysis Group and the APS Materials Science focus group under the RSC. This one-day meeting will address key challenges in the manufacturing, stability and characterisation of amorphous materials, with insights from both academic and industrial speakers.
Amorphous materials are increasingly important in pharmaceuticals, polymers, functional materials and understanding their behaviour through advanced analytical techniques remains an active area of research and discussion.
Whether you’re attending one or both of these events, we’d love to connect – come and say hello to the Hiden Isochema team in London this January!
