We are recruiting a Product Manager
Due to our continued expansion, Hiden Isochema is recruiting for an exciting new role as Product Manager for our benchtop sorption analyzers. Working alongside the Sales and Applications team at our headquarters in Warrington, England, the role involves interaction with existing Hiden Isochema staff, our network of international local representatives, and customers, as well as worldwide travel. Typical customer points of contact are technically focussed, and range from technicians and research students to R&D team leaders and senior academics.
Product Manager
The Product Manager will oversee all aspects of the benchtop sorption analyzer product lines, and therefore the role involves working closely with colleagues in mechanical and electronic design, product engineering, software, production, customer support, technical sales and marketing. As we seek to expand the product line, the role also includes project management of new product design, as well as demonstration of the operation of the sorption analyzers and the delivery of training, both internally and externally. Previous experience of using benchtop sorption analyzers, and knowledge of the associated science, is therefore an advantage.
The minimum qualification required is a PhD in physical sciences or engineering, or equivalent experience in a research environment. The role will include international travel to represent the company at academic conferences, seminars and trade shows, and also involves delivering scientific presentations both in person and online.
Further Information
Benefits include a competitive salary package, generous annual holiday allowance, contributory personal pension scheme, and, after a qualifying period, a private health care package.
To apply, please email your CV and a brief cover letter to vacancies@hidenisochema.com, stating the position you are applying for. We also welcome more general expressions of interest and informal discussions.
